We also reserve the right to cancel a reservation if it cannot be placed due to a technical malfunction. In such cases we will inform the booker as soon as possible and, if prepaid, a refund of the prepaid amount will follow, but no further compensation. Single alley rental can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, after which 100% of the reservation value applies. For the rest, the Dutch Uniform Catering Conditions apply.
